WE ENFORCE A STRICT 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY - Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the missed appointment. By booking an appointment you agree to our cancellation policy.

Naturopathic Doctor

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
Pelvic floor physiotherapy is a specialized branch of physiotherapy involving internal and external assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor muscles. Those muscles are located between the hip bones and the sacrum, and they serve as a bowl to support the pelvic organs including the bladder, colon and uterus.
Pelvic floor physiotherapists treat a wide variety of conditions including: Urinary incontinence (leakage), Urinary frequency, Urinary urgency, Bowel issues such as constipation, Unexplained low back pain that isn’t improving with manual therapy, Pelvic and genital pain, Pain during intercourse, Organ prolapse, Pelvic pain associated with endometriosis, prostatitis or interstitial cystitis, Pre and post pregnancy issues related to labour and delivery, Paediatric incontinence, Mastitis and other inflammatory breast conditions. Sports Chiropractic
Sports Chiropractic at Movability is designed for athletes of all sports. We rehabilitate sports specific injuries, improve athletic performance and ensure optimal functionality and strength to increase overall robustness. After a thorough medical history and orthopaedic assessment is performed, joint articular health and movement screening is assessed to identify the root of the problem. A combination of manual therapy, acupuncture and progressive strengthening techniques are used to enhance recovery and achieve a stronger, more mobile and resilient body. Our sports chiropractor Dr. Tarulli has experience consulting with recreational to elite level athletes. Dr. Tarulli has gained international experience as a Medical Practitioner for the 2015 Pan Am/Parapan games. He has also worked as a team therapist for the Chinese National Women’s hockey team in preparation for qualifications for the 2018 Winter Olympics.

Our gym offers 1 on 1 private personal training geared towards maximizing the function of your body and healing lingering injuries. Our trainers combine their extensive knowledge of mobility, stability, strength, conditioning and injury rehabilitation to create custom training programs tailored to your goals.
